Tom Firth has been in the restaurant business for more than 38 years, having worked in most positions within the industry during that time. To this day, he very much enjoys the challenges and opportunities that the hospitality industry presents. Tom believes that the key to success in the restaurant business is constant steady improvement, attention to high standards and excellence in guest relations. His strong leadership is a guiding force within the MaRKeT Group.
Matt Firth
Matt Firth grew up in the restaurant business and, over the last 15 years, has worked in nearly every capacity beginning as a prep cook and graduating to a front waiter at The Grill at Hacienda Del Sol. In recent years Matt has transitioned between both Zona 78 locations, Harvest and The Grill as a manager overseeing daily operations. His enthusiasm, patience and creativity behind the bar make him a valuable asset and pleasure to work with.
Ramiro Scavo
As MaRKeT’s Corporate Executive Chef and Partner, Ramiro Scavo leads MaRKeT’s culinary staff and oversees the award-winning menus at Zona78, Harvest and The Grill at Hacienda del Sol. For more than 15 years, Ramiro has honed his skills in cooking and managerial positions. In 2009, Ramiro was honored with the title of Tucson’s Iron Chef. His passion for culinary innovation is reflected in his exquisite fares, as many patrons can attest.
