MaRKeT Restaurant Group features three exciting dining concepts that range from casual to fine dining. Zona 78, a Tucson favorite, specializes in artisan pizzas and fresh Italian specialties. Harvest is inspired by the seasons and has a mouth-watering menu that changes three times a year. The nationally acclaimed Grill at Hacienda Del Sol features regional American food in a beautiful, historic setting. Every dish at each of our restaurants is prepared fresh daily with most ingredients coming from local growers and farmers.

    “Seasonally Inspired Cooking” is the mantra behind MaRKeT Restaurant Group’s newest concept, Harvest. Harvest’s inviting aesthetic was designed by acclaimed award winning designer Lori Carroll. Harvest features fresh salads and soups, seasonal seafood, several dishes using local grass-fed beef and handmade pasta including ravioli, gnocchi and fettuccine. All ingredients are served fresh and only featured at their peak times throughout the year. Our menu changes seasonally to take advantage of our local farmers choice crops, some of whom exclusively grow for Harvest’s menu. We take this one step further by offering seasonal cocktails using only fresh squeezed juices and freshly muddled ingredients. In addition, our seasonally changing selection of world-class wines was awarded Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence

    The Grill at Hacienda Del Sol

    Hacienda Del SolThe Grill, Hacienda Del Sol’s celebrated restaurant, has won numerous awards locally and nationally, and holds the title of “Tucson’s Most Romantic Dining”. The Grill’s Executive Chef, Ramiro Scavo, won the Tucson Iron Chef competition! Chef Scavo creates an innovative yet approachable menu, using local meats, vegetables, and herbs from the resort’s garden. The Grill is also one of Tucson’s favorite places for Sunday Champagne Brunch, a Gold Culinary award winner year after year. The Grill has captured Wine Spectator’s “Best of” Award of Excellence for over a decade and was recently bestowed the Award of Ultimate Distinction from Wine Enthusiast-the only restaurant in Arizona to receive this award. It features an extensive and unique wine list of over 2,000 labels and 25,000 bottles.
